A Michigan house in January is drier than the desert, and the air inside is what your family breathes all winter. Most of what we do here is small and cheap: the right filter, a humidifier that works, ducts that don't leak. And most people who ask get told they're fine.
Filters & Filter Upgrades
The wrong filter is the most common problem we see. Too restrictive and it chokes the blower; too cheap and it does nothing. Every Comfort Check comes with a written card telling you the exact filter your system can handle and how often to change it.

Whole-Home Humidifiers
Static shocks, cracked woodwork, dry skin, a house that feels colder than the thermostat says. That's low humidity, and it's normal here in winter. A whole-home humidifier on the furnace fixes it for the entire house and lets you run the thermostat a degree or two lower.

Air Cleaners & Purifiers
For allergies, pets, wildfire smoke or a family member with asthma, a whole-home air cleaner or UV light on the furnace does far more than a plug-in unit in one room. We'll tell you which one actually helps with your problem and which ones are marketing.

Air Duct Cleaning
Duct cleaning is a specialty with its own trucks and equipment, so we don't pretend to do it ourselves. We partner with Amistee, the duct cleaning specialists here in West Michigan. You book it through us, you pay us, and we handle the scheduling, so you get one phone number, one invoice and a crew we'd trust in our own house.

Ductwork Repair & Modifications
Rooms that never get comfortable usually have a duct problem, not an equipment problem. We seal leaks, fix crushed or disconnected runs, add returns and rebalance systems so the air goes where it's supposed to. We also run new ductwork for additions and new construction.
