Membership benefits
- Three visits a year. The full furnace check in fall, the full A/C check in spring, and a third for your water heater and air quality. Scheduled for you, so you don't have to remember.
- Priority scheduling. Members go to the front of the line on no-heat and no-cool days.
- 15% off repairs. Parts and labor, every repair, all year.
- Earn $150 toward a new system with every tune-up visit. It banks up, visit after visit, to $1,500 off a replacement. The longer you're a member, the bigger your head start when the day comes.
- Your water heater is included. Flush, anode and safety check on your third visit, at no extra charge. (Tankless units are priced separately; they take a lot more work to maintain.)
- Filter reminders and the right filter size on file.
- No diagnostic fee on repair calls during business hours. After hours it's $99 instead of $149.
- A simple 12-month agreement. Pay monthly or all at once, and it renews a year at a time so your visits are always on the calendar.

Covers one heating and cooling system (furnace plus A/C, or a single heat pump) and your water heater. Each additional heating or cooling system, like a second furnace or a mini split, is $9 a month or $79 a year. Tankless water heaters are quoted separately.

What's the difference between the Comfort Check and ComfortCare?
The Comfort Check is one visit, our $97 fall special that gets your house ready for winter. ComfortCare is the year-round membership: three visits a year, priority scheduling, repair discounts and the $150-per-visit replacement credit. A lot of people book the Comfort Check first, like what they see, and join ComfortCare at the visit. The $97 comes off your first year when you do.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a 12-month agreement, and here's the plain reason why. The plan includes a full furnace tune-up worth more than a whole year of dues, so without a term, someone could sign up in October, get the tune-up, and cancel in November. The membership only works if it's a year of taking care of your equipment, not a $19 tune-up coupon. Pay monthly or pay the year up front; after the first year it renews annually and you can cancel before any renewal.
I have a heat pump and a water heater. What does that cost?
That's the base plan, $19 a month or $198 a year. Your water heater is included. It's only extra if you have a second heating or cooling system, like another furnace or a mini split, and that runs $9 a month or $79 a year. Tankless water heaters are quoted on their own because they take a lot more work to maintain.
What if I just bought a new system from you?
Your first year is on us. We'll reach out before it ends so you can keep it going.
Does the repair discount stack with other offers?
The repair discount applies to every repair. It doesn't stack with the Comfort Check price, which is already discounted, but members get all three visits included anyway.
