Kevin started this company in 1994 on a simple rule: treat every home like it's your own. That rule shapes who we hire. Experience matters, but we've taught the trade to people with the right character plenty of times. We've never once managed to teach character to someone without it.
Our techs aren't paid commission, so there's no quota breathing down your neck. Your job is to do clean work, tell people the truth, and come home proud of what you did that day.

The roles we're usually looking for
Service Technicians
Diagnose and repair furnaces, A/C, heat pumps and water heaters. You'll run your own calls, take photos as you go, and tell customers the truth about what you find.
Installers
Furnace, A/C, heat pump, mini split and water heater installs, plus new construction rough-in and trim. Sealed connections, tidy venting, swept floors. The kind of work you photograph on purpose.
Apprentices
No experience required, character required. Ride along, learn the trade from people who do it right, and work your way up. Tell us why you want in.
